FORM TREATY

This is an order to establish a treaty. Only one player will send in the order….the other player will be informed and be given the opportunity to confirm or deny the treaty. Can be ordered at any time.

END TREATY

This is an order to officially end a treaty. The other party will be informed. Can be ordered at any time.

END TREATY [target nation or group]/[type]

SELL UNIT

This is an order to sell a military unit to a foreign nation or group. Price can be zero. Can be ordered at any time.

SELL UNIT [target nation or group]/[unit id]/[price]

FOREIGN AID

This is an order for giving a cash gift to a foreign nation or group. Can be ordered at any time.

FOREIGN AID [target nation or group]/[amount]/PUBLIC or PRIVATE

BUILD/INCREASE EMBASSY

This is an order for building or increasing the level of an Embassy. An embassy makes spy operations in the host nation less difficult and increases their chance of success. An embassy is also necessary for the signing of new agreements, treaties, or trade relations. Foreign sentiment toward your nation will not increase unless an embassy is present. All nations are assumed to start the game with a level 0 embassy in every other nation.

BUILD EMBASSY [target nation]

CLOSE EMBASSY

This is an order for severing diplomatic relations. All embassy levels lost. Embassies close automatically on declaration of war.

CLOSE EMBASSY [target nation]

EXPEL DIPLOMATS

This is an order to expel the diplomats of the target nation. The target loses all embassy levels.

EXPEL DIPLOMATS [target nation]

DOWNGRADE RELATIONS

This is an order to downgrade the embassy of the target nation. The target loses 1/2 of its embassy levels.
